Dr. Kim Yuill

Veterinarian

Dr. Yuill comes from the east coast, having graduated with honors from the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of PEI in 2003. She spent a few years in private practice in the Maritimes before traveling west to take a position at the BC SPCA’s newly established Prince George Spay Neuter Clinic in early 2006. Dr. Yuill has a special interest in preventive medicine, including client education, routine vaccination, spay and neuter, and parasite control.

Veterinarians are skilled professionals requiring at least 6 years of post-secondary education prior to receiving their degree, and they are responsible for all aspects of patient care.  All of our clinic protocols are designed by our veterinarians to be up to date with current research and as safe as possible, so you can rest assured that your furry friend is well taken cared of while in the clinic.  Veterinarians are your best source of information on all aspects of pet care, including nutrition, preventive care, medical concerns and more, as they only have your pets best interests at heart.
